Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE)  today declared JEE Main 2018 Paper-1 results,  The result of paper-II is expected Tomorrow(1 may);

The    results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main), formerly All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) is now live online.The results is available at jeemain.nic.in. Apart from it, the candidates can check the results through cbse.results.nic.inresults.nic.in.

Around  10,43,739 had appeared for the JEE (Offline) examination that was conducted on April 8, 2018 at various centres across the country.The test was conducted in 112 cities across the country.

Suraj Krishna from Vijayawada has secured All India (AIR) 1st rank in JEE Main 2018 in general category, as reported by AP.

Here’s how to check the JEE Main Examination result 2018

1) Go to the official websites of JEE Main – jeemain.nic.in or Results website of CBSE – cbseresults.nic.in or results.nic.in.

2) One homepage, click on the link ‘JEE Main Result 2018’

3) You will be redirected to the results page.

4) Enter your JEE Main registration number / roll number, name and date of birth. Click on submit

5) On submitting the same, the results will be displayed on the computer screen.

The JEE Main Exam is conducted every year for admission to various engineering and architecture courses in National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) across the country. The exam is also an entrance examination for JEE Advanced. This year, JEE Advanced exam will be conducted by IIT Kanpur on May 20, 2018, in fully computer based test mode.

Top 2,24,000 candidates who clear the JEE Main 2018 examination will be considered qualified for appearing in JEE Advanced 2018 examination. The JEE Advanced 2018 examination is conducted for admission to IITs.
